Our client has a new role available for an Operations Administrator & Data Analyst. The position is a critical administrative support role, responsible for remotely supporting the operations and administrative functions of the company at its USA headquarters.

Primary Purpose: The position is a critical administrative support role, responsible for supporting the operations and administrative functions of the company at its USA headquarters. The company is a multinational enterprise organization, a fast-growing, ambitious, and global engineering services firm as well as a world leader in industrial equipment efficiency and reliability solutions. These solutions save clients millions of dollars in efficiency gains, reducing environmental impact, downtime costs as well as expensive equipment replacement. Significant demand exists for these specialized services across the world.

Job description / core competencies:
Data Entry and Analysis:

- Accurately enter data into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks and operations of the organization.
- Compile post-job reports based on information provided by project managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Document Editing and Review:

- Edit documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality documentation.

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry.
- Create and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively using Microsoft Teams.

Time Management and Prioritization:

- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work activities.

**Location**: West Rand, Gauteng (Hybrid)

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Education and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in data entry.
- Experience in compiling reports and editing documents is highly desired.
- Certification or training in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Skills and Abilities Required:

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong data entry a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to compile post-job reports based on information provided by project managers.
- Exceptional document editing and proofreading skills for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
