**The role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Fieldwork Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be assisting in managing the operations of our fieldwork activities and ensuring smooth execution of product testing projects. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, developing supplier relationships and integrating new suppliers into our processes and platform.

Reporting to the senior Fieldwork Operations Manager you will collaborate closely with the agile research platform development team and MMR’s Operations team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of new tools or systems to improve fieldwork management, data collection and reporting.
- Maintain and enhance the fieldwork process to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction, collecting and analysing feedback, and identifying potential risks and ways to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure seamless collaboration on projects.
- Assist in the selection, onboarding and management of suppliers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness, addressing any issues that arise.
- Handle administrative duties, including PO creation, documentation and record keeping, to support fieldwork operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, researchers and client success managers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Generate and maintain reports on fieldwork progress, expenses and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in Fieldwork Operations or research.
- Able to communicate and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and teams.
- A self-starter with great organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and autonomously.
