You will ensure high quality issue management for change processes. This role focuses on the “people side” of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles and organisational structures. This role will strive to adopt best practices in Organizational Change Management and drive effective adoption of changes impacting employees in the organisation so that the desired business results are achieved.

**Job Description**:
What you’ll get to do:
The role is within the COO in the Information & Technology Office (ITO), with you reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer: ITO and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Impact assessment as it relates to people.
- Determination of effort required on the project.
- Design of Organizational Change Management work products, including:

- Organizational Change Management Scope.
- Organizational Change Management Strategy and Plan.
- Sponsor Roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management Plan.
- Communication Plan.
- Training Strategy and Plan.
- Coaching Plan.
- Change Readiness Assessment.
- Resistance Management Plan.
- Organisation and Performance Management Plan.
- Support Approach.
- Business Handover.
- Facilitate benefits tracking.
- Post Project Review.
- Develop and agree the OCM Scope, Strategy and Plan, with the project manager.
- Develop OCM material and content with the assistance of the appropriate specialists.
- Incorporate lessons learned from successful change management solutions from other initiatives into change plans.
- Lead requirements planning activities and monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review the transition plan and update the activities required for transition.
- Ensure that a feedback mechanism is in place before, during and after the transition is implemented.
- Evaluate change initiative through Post Implementation review, measuring adoption, change effectiveness etc.
- Ensure timely administration in the areas of training, communication and resistance management.
- Ensure effective transfer of ownership of the organizational change to business.
- People Change Management maturity measurement, tracking and improvement.
- Tracking of change collision, change saturation, sponsor dilution and developing mitigation plans.
- Proactively monitoring and addressing resistance to change.
- People Management, including but not limited to:

- Proactively attract, recruit, develop, retain, reward & deploy a diverse resource base aligned to an ever evolving environment.
- Build a high performance team environment through self-directed teams by driving performance management & measurement that is aligned with agile working practices.
- Accountable for the right people in the right teams to deliver on our strategy.

What do you need to get in?
- Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- PROSCI (Professional and Sciences) (or other recognized OCM) certification.
- Minimum 8 years’ Experience.
- Previous People Management experience.
- Coaching and Mentoring Experience, compulsory.
- Experience working at change consultant level on projects in a multi-functional organisation, compulsory.
- Experience in project managing change initiatives or other relevant business experience, compulsory.
- Expertise in Benefits Management.
- Expertise in Business Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Business, beneficial.
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management.
- Expertise in Stakeholder Management.
