Junior Developments Transfers Secretary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Junior Developments Transfers Secretary to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing progress reports, managing documents and data, and ensuring adherence to key processes related to developments and transfers. Your ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and ensure compliance with internal and external systems will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financials:
- Effectively manage the financial impact of the role, ensuring value for the business, employees, and sources of business.
- Process Management:
- Prepare accurate and timeous weekly progress reports for Agents, Clients, and Sources of Business.
- Ensure documents are accurate and complete, including client consultations.
- Maintain compliance and accuracy with SARS/Rates.Com to prevent rejections due to non-compliance.
- Adhere to strict turnaround times in relation to workflows.
- Information Technology:
- Manage GhostConvey diary and message alerts.
- Capture and maintain required data using internal systems.
- Manage email inboxes, desktop, and personal drives effectively.
- Values:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, specifically working on Development Transfers.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and related internal systems.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, flexibly, and efficiently, even under pressure.
- Knowledge of GhostConvey or similar systems would be an advantage.
