Our client, a leading Renewable Energy solutions provider, is currently on the hunt for a Head of O&M and Asset Management, to join their team in Johannesburg.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in management of large and diversified team.
- Relevant experience in business areas (e.g. Operation and Maintenance, Engineering and Construction, Business Development.);
- Deep knowledge of Operation and Maintenance organization, processes and systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex and articulated projects with involvement of several internal/external stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial aspects related to investment modelling and reporting.
- Teamwork and leadership attitude;
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Open, communicative and team-oriented: ability to interact with staff at all levels of the company and with external parties as well.
- Goal oriented, resilient, persistence to achieve results.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently.

**What you will do**:

- Ramp-up new organization, processes and systems of Operation and Maintenance at Country level integrating different streams of cross technology activities (e.g., Control Room, Stewardship and Asset Management Agreements, Logistic and Contract Management, Industrial Risk, Robotics, Energy Management.) and providing support and overall governance for Wind and Solar technologies.
- Lead and coordinate the management and improvement of real-time monitoring and remote-control activities liaising with DH, HSEQ and external stakeholders (e.g., grids operators, partners.)
- Lead and coordinate implementation of cross-technology projects and activities (e.g., PowerG, RoBoost, Sustainable Plant.)
- Ensure KPIs Performance reporting and monitoring.
- Lead and coordinate Stewardship and Asset Management Agreements (e.g., fostering optimization of the Asset Management Agreements (AMA) or Management Services Agreements (MSA) and Service Agreements (SA) with strategic Partnerships in Stewardship model and Asset Management and Financial Reporting to partners and lenders)
- Closely coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, digital hub, partners in order to ensure continuous improvements to Operation and Maintenance activities.

**What we search in you**:

- Economy/Engineering master's degree.
- MBA or similar master would be a plus
