**Job Summary**: Are you a property finance rain maker?

To keep their national team of corporate property finance specialists busy on THE RIGHT deals, our blue-chip client is looking to appoint an individual who has the industry contacts to open doors, and the financial know-how to oversee the deal structuring of a number of versatile debt product options via specialist team members. This is a rare opportunity to be the face of the bank at an executive level, where you will be tasked with finding and choosing the best developers, landlords & investors to work with across the country. Creating the kinds of deals which align with the lending businesses' global strategy means you will need to collaborate with various internal stakeholders to shape client selection, oversee and approve the lending & solutions offered and give expert input into final versions of proposals. Based in Johannesburg, you will nevertheless be responsible for increasing both the size and the profitability of an already impressive book Nationally.

Whilst of course someone who has led the charge of new business & product development for a competitor financial institution could fit right in, our visionary client is equally keen to engage with individuals who have sat 'on the other side of the table', who have a stable track record of deal origination and an impressive network of industry contacts. Your minimum 15 year's working experience would have been started off the back of a Financial post-graduate degree and would ideally have been supplemented by studies in a property or construction related field. It will, however, be your significant experience in negotiating property debt agreements and your unparalleled knowledge of the South African property market which will secure.
