**Lounge Manager**

**VIP Lounge in ORT International Airport is hiring**

Well established Lounge is looking for a Lounge Manager

*MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF HYGIENE
- ENSURING FOOD PRESENTATION AND QUALITY IS TO THE STANDARD OF THE COMPANY
- ENSURING SMOOTH DAY TO DAY RUNNING OF THE LOUNGE AND ENSURING THAT A “5” STAR EXCELLENCE IS DELIVERED TO ALL CLIENTEL
- COMPLETING MONTHLY REPORTS

Education Requirements
- Must have good command and understanding of the English language
- Must have catering experience
- Must understand quality control, production, control of client and staff
- Must have the excellent interpersonal skills and communication
- Must have experience in providing high end quality in customer service and product to prestigious clients and be able to solve problems on hand
- Flexibility to work any shifts without notice

**Main Duties**:

- Leading, motivating, developing, and directing the team to maximize efficient customer service
- Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized
- To ensure that all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives
- Compiling monthly stock stakes
- Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables
- Ensuring all health and safety and food legislations are adhered to
- To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
- Daily handling of staff issues, leave forms, sick leave and all administrative duties including Rosters
- Knowledge about nutrition in different foods
- Ability to take and understand orders implicitly.
- Good communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Should be a team player and coordinate with the kitchen team
- Should be physically fit & strong
