**Purpose of the job**:
This position is responsible for timeous processing of all claims and capturing of pricing credit on approval.
**Job Objectives**: In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily printing of pricing claims received electronically from customers
- Ensure pricing schedules are accurately completed
- Ensure credits are passed timeously and correctly after approval
- from Sales Department
- Daily printing of stock return claims received electronically from
- customers and submit to Credit Controllers and relevant sites
- Weekly follow up with sites regarding stock return claims that
- need to be credited
- Assist Credit Control department with Ad-hoc related duties
**Qualification Requirements**:
- A matric certificate and the willingness to further your studies to ultimately
**Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ claims clerk experience in a FMCG environment

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
