Responsible for overseeing, developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks related to a specific project before order receipt. Responsibility to ensure that all commercial terms and conditions involved in each project are understood and managed to ensure risk mitigation to ACS.

**Minimum Requirements**:
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Grade 12
- Project Management qualification - including current commercial terminology and best practice
- Administrative qualification

EXPERIENCE:

- Evidence of applied exposure to practical elements of Commercial Terms and Conditions and Management thereof.
- Project Related administration
- Applied Management and co-ordination of commercial risk.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

- Provide commercial support to Project Managers, Project Leads and Project execution team members.
- Review of customer terms and conditions and identify commercial risk and exposure to ACS.
- Liaise with various internal and external customers with regards to Commercial Management, risk reviews, contractual discussions.
- Develop and maintain formal contractual written correspondence to Customer.
- Facilitate commercial compliance review for assigned project.
- Create tender terms and conditions deviation list for Management review.
- Compiling of tender Documents for customer submission.
- Maintain working knowledge and status of active projects.
- Coordinate, print, scan, and update server and hard copy file systems with customer tender related documents.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, assuring continuous quality improvement & safety awareness.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- MS Office Suite - fully conversant with MS Word and MS Excel
- Attention to detail
- Understanding and interpretation of contractual Commercial Terms & Conditions
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Execute tasks effectively
- Ability to manage outputs with high level of focus on defined quality parameters
