_**Job Specification: Site Manager at Painting Contractors**_

- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Project Management**: Oversee the coordination of 5 project sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and manage teams of 15 painters per project site, ensuring quality work and fostering a productive work environment.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure the highest quality of work across all project sites. Handle any client complaints or issues related to project execution.

**Safety Supervision**: Ensure that all safety protocols, including the use of rope access painting, suspended platforms, and scaffolding, are strictly followed.

**Budgeting & Costing**: Monitor product use and ensure optimal use of all resources.

**Client Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

**Training & Development**: Provide necessary training and guidance to the painting teams, especially in specialized areas like rope access painting and damp proofing.

**Reporting**: Update senior management on the progress of projects, potential challenges, and any other relevant matters.
- **Essential Skills & Experience**:_

**Experience**: Proven track record in managing large-scale painting or construction projects.

**Leadership**: Strong leadership and people management skills.

**Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with various painting techniques, waterproofing, damp proofing, and refurbishments.

**Safety Conscious**: In-depth understanding of safety protocols related to scaffolding, suspended platforms, rope access painting, and other related activities.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely completion.

**Problem Solving**: Quick thinker with a knack for resolving issues efficiently.

- Familiarity with special projects, roofing, and refurbishments.
- Experience in dealing with upscale residential homes, townhouse complexes, industrial and commercial spaces, and special projects.
