To lead a team of process engineers and analysts responsible for analysis of projects and processes that will drive the implementation of projects across the business

Are you someone who can:
- Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support- Ensure that product or service knowledge and advice is technically accurate- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects /initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress- Ensure implementation of relevant policies, governance and practice standards across the business- Identify and act on opportunities to integrate learning and skills development solutions and processes with other specialist practices- Monitor and evaluate plans, focus on results and measure attainment of outcomes- Manage team in respect of recruitment decisions, performance moderation, talent management process, disciplinary action, recognition and retention of employees- Have a relevant Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent- Have recognized Process Analysis, Optimisation certification(s) or similar- Have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior management level- Keep abreast of learning opportunities, changing products and trends- Coach to improve performance and develop skills of team members- Motivate and keep your team engaged
