Property Management company seeks a administrator who has experience within the property sector.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manage all utilities accounts
- Capture all accounts on excel.
- Call COCT for missing statements.
- Recon of prepaid collections vs recoveries from tenants load debt on prepaid meters
- Order water meters when necessary.
- Motla readings / send relevant accounts to 4 managing agents
- Visit COCT when errors and possibly site visits to buildings

**Requirements**:
Excellent knowledge/ understanding of tariffs residential commercial water sewerage, electricity, refuse daily diff charges low use etc

Must be proficient on excel

Must have experience with COCT ( Preferably have worked there and have contacts )

Own transport essential ( petrol reimbursed when used for work purposes)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property Administration: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers with own vehicle (preferred)
