- Required to do Banking and work on the GeT procurement system
- To integrate quality into business by ensuring that every Customer contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing first time ideal solution for the satisfaction of customers immediate and future needs.
- To implement GIMS/ISO and Global SOP standards and procedures at all times.
- Expedite all requests for collections ensuring that all necessary information is obtained from Customer Services and the relevant countries.
- The responsibility of verbal and written communication is essential requirement of the Embassy Advisor.
- Ensure that customer complaints and claims are treated as priority and are resolved to the customers satisfaction, as well as within company's GIMS/ISO Global SOP policy and procedures
- All complaints received must be registered on GEMA.
- Ensure that all embassy/High Commission customers receive a superior service and that they are informed of possible delays or problems with regards to the movement of their shipments.
- Investigate any requests for special service and process where viable.
- Initiate action plans to recover service failures to ensure that the customer is affected in the least possible way.
- Ensure that every customer service Agent dealt with, is fully aware of the service offered by DHL Express and is educated in how to make use of these services.
- Ensure that service incidents are kept to a minimum.
- Required to complete daily statistics on all outbound shipments as well as payment requests
- Adhoc Reports, need to be accurate and timely manner.
- Adhere to service standards as well maintaining customer information accurately.
- Required to perform duties outside of the standard job description, n as designated by management.
- Responsible to allocate money as and when requested to the relevant embassies, reconcile finances and ensure that adequate finances are available at all times.
- Responsible for completing all air waybills and relevant documentation once passports documentation or certificates have been collected.
- Matric
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
- proficient at MS,WORD,OUTLOOK,EXCEL
- working knowledge of CSV and GEMA
- Strong numerical skills
- Sound tracing knowledge
- Analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Interpersonal skills
- Well groomed/presentable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for excellent Customer Service
- Attention to detail
