New Business Sales Executive

Do you have a degree in marketing or marketing research or a minimum of 3-5 years market research sales experience? This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing and dynamic company that is respected in the South African market research industry.

**Primary responsibilities**:
Meet monthly sales targets (KPI)
Meet monthly client meeting targets (KPI)
Selling marketing research solutions (qualitative and quantitative)
Identify, establish and maintain new clients
Identify suitable opportunities and create solutions for client needs
Planning, preparing, creating quotations, writing proposals and giving presentations
Sales forecasting, pipeline production and reporting
Close deals and proactively conclude each sale
Providing management with feedback
Work well in a team environment.

**Requirements**:
Strong knowledge of marketing research, including pricing, consumer and B2B research
Good business sense and financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development and implementation
Ability to handle difficult or confrontational situations professionally
Professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
Computer literate (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
Strong analytical ability and numeracy skills

**Advantageous**:
Knowledge of retail trade and/or FMCG supplier landscape
Strong problem-solving skills
Negotiation skills.

Must be articulate, presentable and professional
Enthusiastic, passionate about research and sales
Hardworking and energetic
Honest, ethical and trustworthy
