**Responsibilities**:

- Create & build Nestify’s Tone of Voice.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build and maintain relationships with a team of high-quality freelance content writers
- Proofread and edit content across all standpoints
- Manage the WordPress website: creating & uploading content and creating landing pages
- Ensure all online content is SEO optimised
- Analyse data and analytics, seek to generate leads and increase reader engagement
- Create and manage the Mail-chimp campaign
- Manage and create content across all social media platforms
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Skills and qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in digital marketing in a startup with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in building SEO strategies
- Experience in setting up, managing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience managing internal & external team members (e.g., freelance writers in the startup space)
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress and a few other content or analytics platforms)
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers & budget, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

**Salary**: From R22,000.00 per month
