We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Stock controller. This is a strategic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, planning and innovative thinking not only for cost cutting measures but improving procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the department. We are looking for hardworking, self manageable, and driven individuals that want to join a growing organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum - Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years in a stock control and administration position.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Computer literate with an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
- Punctual with reports
- Hardworking
- Self manageable and self motivated - Requiring little to no supervision.

Managing of all stock and equipment from end to end.

**Stock: (Consumables & Parts)**
- Managing full stock control function from ordering to disposal.
- Ordering parts for cars, ensuring part is correctly supplied, receiving for safe keeping and stock out to staff member when required.
- Organizing the packaging of products received from suppilers and ensuring integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Ensure that all stock received is captured and safeguarded to prevent stock losses.
- Completes reports and correspondence relating to dispatch/stock activities in a timely manner.
- Ensuring an efficient filing system.
- Minimize variances and proper disposal.
- Managing that date stamps/labels are put correctly on each product.
- Perform routine maintenance checks of area and perform clean-up or repair duties when needed.
- Stocking out consumables and parts to staff accurately.
- Working in compliance with all legal and safety requirements regarding the operations and products received, packed, and dispatched.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with assigned staff, co-workers, supervisors, managers and other departments in the business.

**Equipment**:
Managing of workshop equipment from end to end.
- Purchasing new equipment required.
- Signing in/out of equipment - (Equipment to maintained, checked for damages, etc.)
- Organising equipment repairs when required.
- Ensuring equipment is looked after and used for its intended purposes.
- Equipment is returned undamaged, daily.
- **Occasional tasks from the office at the discretion of management and any ad-hoc duties as required**

Working hours:
06:45am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when requested.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
