**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively coordinate with logistics companies, follow-up daily with customer orders and ensure a seamless delivery process.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging your experience and insights into e-commerce best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and independent resellers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
- Curate and optimize product assortments based on market demand, ensuring a diverse and attractive offering for our resellers
- Ensure proper onboarding of products and suppliers in accordance with our criteria and processes
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities, and optimize the e-commerce platform for better user experience and sales performance.
- Bring a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, displaying agility in a startup environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on vendor onboarding and sales generation.
- Proven track record of driving sales in the e-commerce sector, preferably in South Africa.
- Deep understanding of the South Africa e-commerce market, including knowledge of local consumer behavior and preferences.
- Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for growth, innovation, and contributing to the success of an emerging company.

**To apply**:
