**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma in Networking and or Telecommunications Engineering (at least at NQF level 6) with 3 years' Network Management Service experience.

OR

Grade 12 (NQF4) with 5 years' relevant Network Management Service experience.

**Experience**:

**Special Requirements**:

- Full understanding of Network Management frameworks, techniques, concepts and principles.
- Able to work standby duties (willing to be called upon 24 hrs of the day).
