**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in sales management

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback and guidance to improve their sales skills.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, and report on sales performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

**Build team and people capabilities through**:

- Providing real-time, ongoing coaching and feedback to team members throughout the year.
- On-time completion of performance management activities including regular 1:1s and Bi-annual performance reviews through GPS.
- Supporting employee development including facilitation of career development conversations and crafting development plans for current and future needs.
- Taking action to hire and retain high-performers and address poor performance.
- Proactively manage change initiatives within the team including sufficient planning/ preparation and communication to minimise disruption and support employee adoption.
- Role modelling the behaviours that support and drive the Flash culture and values.
