**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science

**Required experience**:

- 2 years experience with any software development language with exposure to the full software lifecycle
- 3-5 years in any software development language
- 3- 5 years professional experience
- 1+ years experience in a position of leadership or management
- Experience in Agile project management

**Beneficial experience**:

- Cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Project Management
- Software testing
- DevOps

**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Consistent High-Quality Technical Training**:

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality technical training programs
- Ensure that training content aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Evaluate and refine training materials based on feedback and evolving technologies
- Consistently assess and evaluate the quality of training, ensuring it is best in class
- Run regular Sprint Reviews with learners giving constructive feedback and driving accountability

**Management, Development and Upskilling of Team Leaders**:

- Manage a team of Team Leaders who are responsible for training deployment
- Assess skills deficits that exist in Team Leaders
- Develop and implement training programs to upskill Team Leaders in technical and leadership competencies
- Provide mentorship to Team Leaders to foster their professional growth

**Research and Development of New Material/Methodologies**:

- Stay abreast of current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the software development industry
- Develop new training materials and methodologies that enhance the learning experience
- Innovate and adapt training approaches to address evolving industry needs
- Work with CEO to develop new skills development initiatives

**Tech Mentorship**:

- Serve as the primary tech mentor for both Team Leaders and learners
- Provide guidance on technical challenges and career development
- Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team

**Stakeholder Management and Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication channels to promote collaboration and learning
- Demonstrate strong people skills to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Report back to clients on the status of technical learning on their programmes

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Develop reporting systems to track and analyse training program effectiveness
- Regular reporting on training metrics, learner progress, and team leader development
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance training outcomes

Pay: R60 000,00 - R70 000,00 per month
