**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Market Share Growth**:

- Drive and grow the Stryker business, to achieve sales and market share targets in collaboration with the Marketing Division.
- Overcome barriers to product usage and anticipate market changes and trends.

**Customer Understanding and Engagement**:

- Understand customer needs, the healthcare environment, and industry trends.
- Collect market, account, and competition information to create a comprehensive view of accounts and prospects.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement engagement plans for key accounts and targeted customers with clear objectives and activities.
- Identify, develop, and maximize key customer stakeholders to grow business opportunities.
- Develop and implement SOPs for efficient and standardized processes.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with multiple stake holders to ensure customer intimacy and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the National Sales Manager, Marketing team, and others, to increase sales opportunities.

**Salesforce Training and Support**:

- Train and support the regional sales force to be highly competent in selling to Government Hospitals
- Identify sales opportunities within the region and support the sales force to grow their territories.

**Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to address any billing or payment discrepancies.

**Resource Management**:

- Effectively manage resources such as training events, loan kits, and dedicated budgets to provide best-in-class service.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing areas of improvement in a timely manner.
