**Consulting with clients**:Attending to clients & providing legal assistance and feedback on claims.

**Drafting & Attending to Correspondence**:Attending to drafting & responding to correspondence to clients & Attorneys

**Providing Feedback to clients**:Ensuring that clients receive regular updates and feedback

**Obtaining feedback from Attorneys**:Obtaining regular feedback from Attorney on progress of claims, Cost Recovery. Obtaining supporting documents for payment of bills and Processing bills for payment.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS**

**Education**: Matric, National Diploma in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent qualification)

**Experience**:At least 1 year’ experience in a legal environment.

Experience dealing with Labour claims (advantageous)

**Other**:Must be computer literate; specifically proficient in MS Word and Outlook.

**General working conditions**:Regular office environment and no health and safety risks involved.

No travel involved.
