**Key responsibilities**
- Client Collaboration by working with the Director: Executive Education, Senior Account Executive, Business Developer.
- Operations Manager, and the relevant corporate representatives, in identifying and analysing appropriate executive development needs.
- Responsible for the overall academic credentials of all short courses and will oversee the quality of short course materials including assessments, presentations, case studies and additional learning aids.
- Execute, in collaboration with relevant faculty, a high-quality learning experience with a variety of innovative teaching and learning methodologies and technologies i.e.
- The teaching methods available and used are aligned with the contents, the process and the Intended Learning Outcomes.
- Encouraging and monitoring faculty in the use of innovative methods.
- Monitoring the quality of facilitation.
- Advise Faculty and Coaches on content, the needs and specific outcomes of particular course, allowing adequate notice for information to be passed and processed by these stakeholders.
- Sign off on Faculty/Coaching schedules, assessment process, setting timetables and liaising with the Operations Manager with regards to logístical and administrative issues.
- Sourcing the right Faculty and Coaches onto the short course with assistance from the Director: Executive Education and the Operations Manager and where applicable, support relevant marketing activities of the short courses in order to meet programme targets.

**Minimum academic and job requirements**
- Level 9 Masters or Level 8 MBA;
- Minimum of 5 year’s work experience; of which 3 should have been at management level in the higher education sector;
- A strong focus on quality assurance, course administration, and high customer service standards;
- A valid drivers’ license;
- An ability and willingness to travel if need be.
