Reporting to: Head Innovations Manager

Core purpose of the role

Key Deliverables and Outputs

Provide training and onboarding support to users of new software solutions in automotive dealerships.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer support and troubleshooting.

Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Provide regular status updates and feedback to management on customer progress.

Identify and share best practices and success stories with customers.

Continuously gather customer feedback and provide input for product development.

Work closely with dealerships to understand their unique business needs and ensure the software is tailored to meet their requirements.

Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding sessions for dealership staff, including one-on-one and group training.

Provide ongoing support to dealerships to ensure they are getting the most out of the software and addressing any issues that arise.

Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, ensuring all queries and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve and enhance the software.

Monitor and report on adoption and usage of the software, identifying areas for improvement.

Identify and implement best practices for customer success within the dealership industry.

Academic qualifications Essential:
Grade 12 or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Work experience Essential:
3+ years of experience in a customer success or training role, ideally within the automotive industry

Strong understanding of software solutions and their implementation in a dealership setting.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience delivering training and onboarding sessions

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for technology and ability to learn new software quickly

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge:
Good Computer and Microsoft office skills

Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures

**Skills**:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Good time management skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent Team player

Ability to work well under pressure

Effective written and verbal communication skills [English and Afrikaans]
