**Job Description**:

- Ensures continued improvement of all “manning” processes related to the Electronic Manning Board, EMB2Go and its interface / alignment for Anglo American Platinum as a specialist. Ensure effective, efficient, and sustainable HR manning processes, aligned to the Anglo operating model. Manage relevant in scope HR projects, system maintenance, and system enhancements. Assume the ownership in respect to Electronic Manning Board, EMB2Go and its interface/alignment.
- Implement and manage all project management phases relating to EMB and EMB2GO
- Keep up to date with developments in the field to ensure effectiveness and alignment of the EMB and EMB2GO systems and procedures to best practices.
- Manage projects as per Project plan and schedule and report on progres
- Engage with all stakeholders on regular basis.
- Ensure alignment between IM, business, and stakeholders (Business client, IM, External companies sourced for development, Project Team, Sponsor).
- Identifies projects interdependencies and action these with other teams with support from the senior functional specialist or Workstream manager
- Manage the expectations by ensuring clarification of deliverable and/or implementation expectations
- Expediting activities and meeting
- Facilitating sign-off of deliverable
- Seeing that timelines are met, and issues are escalated and resolved timeously
- Facilitating internal and external communication trough as per the change and communication governance model.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate level together with recommended action.
- Approve SAP/system changes (Solution Manager) relevant to projects
- Testing of all development and enhancements and approve the development / enhancement to be transported to the applicable systems (SAP/EMB/EMB2GO) or and any other relevant project
- Delivery of plans and goals throughout design, implementation, and value realization phases for all projects within scope
- With IM prepare and develop all documentation required for the various stage gates as per required governance
- Qualifications
- NQF 7 Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resource or Information Systems.
- Project Management certificate

**Advantageous**:

- Certified SAP Consultant

**Experience**:

- At least five years HR 5 operational HR Experience
- Advantageous Project Management experience

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Track record of contributing to successful implementation, administration and support of HR systems and processes.
- Workforce Planning and Staffing: System and Information service
- Learning and Development: System and Information service
- Performance Improvement and Management: Electronic Manning Board, EMB2Go and other M4S initiatives that contribute to efficiency improvements
- Reward Management: Promote operational excellence in the HRIS
- Wellness Management: System and Information service
- Employee Relations: System and Information service
- Organisational Management: System and Information service
