Insurance Sales Manager

Creating and implementing operational strategy, sourcing leads and managing other aspects of the call Centre’s daily operation to Insurance products
Ensure that all operations is handle and implemented according to complying to product license
Must be able to work under supervision the appointed Key Individual.
Monitoring random calls - Quality Control to assess and improve the quality of staff performance and ensure targets are reached.
Handling and resolving complex customer complaints and concerns
Ensure Sales Reps are seeing all appointments scheduled and give timelessly feedback to outcome of appointment.
Tracking Call Centre Agents / Sales Reps per feedback, key performance indices and other statistics necessary to ensure targets are reached.
Communicating the company’s goals and targets, Employment Contracts Terms and Conditions so that all employees understand their role, assure necessary training is given when new insurance product is added.
Handling recruitment side to ensure that at all times there are enough Call Centre and Sales Reps to maintain fluent operations.
**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Managing a Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
