You will report to the Final Product Manager and will assist in providing guidance and leadership throughout the final stages of the manufacturing cycle and the hand-over phase.
Final Product Quality, OHSact, Final product checklists and reports, compliance to company policies, liaising with all stakeholders, and planning of hand-overs and deliveries will all be part of your responsibilities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Matric
Diploma in Production Management or Operations Management
Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in report writing
Hands-on day-to-day knowledge and experience on MS Word and Excel (Will be tested)
Experience in the Aeronautical manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous
Valid Skippers license - required to take clients out
