Job Title: Assessor and Coordinator needed in Illovo

Full time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday From 09:00 to 17:00.

Woman aged between 24 to 40 years of age.

Location: Illovo, Johannesburg

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the head office in Illovo, Johannesburg. As an Assessor and Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality assessment of practical and theory work, as well as providing support to the support manager and handling student administration.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough assessment of practical and theory work in accordance with the academy's guidelines and standards.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students regarding their performance, ensuring their continuous growth and improvement.

Collaborate with the support manager to deliver timely and efficient support services to students, addressing any queries or concerns.

Assist in marking online assignments and providing student feedback.

Maintain accurate records of assessments, grades, and student progress, utilizing our internal systems and tools.

Collaborate with the academic team to develop and enhance assessment materials and methodologies.

Handle student administration tasks, including documentation, and maintaining student records.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to students.

Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to meet changing needs and priorities.
