**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive assistance, troubleshoot customer issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is conveyed to customers.
- Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure their swift resolution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and personalized support.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Customer Service Agent in an international contact centre environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [English].
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent active listening skills with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
