An international leader in the health and fitness industry requires the services of a dynamic, meticulous and service-driven _**Regional Business Manager**_ to join its existing staff complement in Cape Town.

**Role Description**:
The role of the Regional Business Manager is three-fold, consisting of key performance indicators in managing the effectiveness of the sales division of the company (80%) while also managing day to day operational productivity of clubs in the region (15%) and managing the maintenance and continuous development of facilities at the branches (5%).
- **SALES OVERVIEW**_

The incumbent in the role will contribute to the achievement of the overall regional sales budgets to positively impact the company’s consolidated revenue generation targets by devising and implementing business initiatives, events, promotions and improving on the overall quality of sales generation at the company.

To effectively achieve regional sales budgets, the Regional Business Manager will be expected to understand each club’s unique demographics, teams and opportunities and to plan and direct management in the region to implement business strategies, processes and tools while boosting the benefits of the Ignite Fitness product to achieve the predefined monthly targets.

The Regional Business Manager will furthermore develop and maintain a talent pipeline in sales to expeditiously fill vacancies within the division while managing, training, and motivating the performance of each Sales Manager and the Regional Sales Manager to achieve their predefined KPI’s and expectations. Providing support and extending managerial expertise to management in the region will ensure that success filters through the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Managers appointed at each club and eventually to Sales Consultant level.
- **OPERATIONS OVERVIEW**_

The Regional Business Manager will be expected to maintain a fully staffed managerial team of extraordinary individuals that are continuously trained and evaluated to maintain and improve on their competence to successfully fulfil individual KPI’s on club level. Moreover, the incumbent in the role will be required to develop and maintain a talent pipeline in operations to expeditiously fill vacancies within the division as they arise.

The incumbent in the role will be expected to ensure that the general overall operations of each club is running smoothly, that policy and procedures are being applied consistently by management and to effectively manage all aspects of the day to day operations of the various clubs. The Regional Business Manager will also manage financial aspects of the business unit, managing the quality of facilities and equipment, while ensuring that aspects of administration, health and safety and the company’s Human Resource policies are adhered to.

- **Skills / Experience / Qualifications**:_
- Matric
- Relevant qualification (related to sales, business and operations management)
- 5 years sales management experience (preferably in the fitness industry)
- 5 years of senior business management experience
- Experience in managing multisite facilities
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to work weekends and overtime
- Sales and target driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Goal oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administration skills
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
