Turner & Townsend is a quality driven, international construction and management consultancy recognised for the value and innovation we bring to every commission we undertake. We are looking for a OET System Implementation Lead on a fixed term contract.

As OET System Implementation Lead you will join our Johannesburg office team to provide services that help our clients devise strategies to deliver successful business solutions prior to sanction, achieve confidence around project delivery, ensure projects are effectively managed & controlled and facilitate the capture and transfer of knowledge.

Primary purpose for the role;
The primary purpose of the System Implementation Lead role is to deliver the implementation of a Portfolio Management System (Scientrix), to support Africa and LATAM OET portfolio. The Implementation lead will manage the project from inception to operational handover and ensure that all supporting project documentation is in place

Lead and manage the software implementation project, including

data collection, analysis, and implementation of the final solution
- Deliver weekly Project status updates to the PMO and OET Managers
- Deliver full project management for the implementation of theScientrix solution (cost, schedule, scope, quality, pilot testing, full scale rollout)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the solution and provide technical support throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant mining regulations and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with the capital management framework and other relevant project management practices

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/IS/IT (Prince2/ PMP advantageous)
- 5-7 years of experience implementing technology solutions from inception to closure
- Proven track record in leading and managing technology and/or transformation projects

Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution,

and monitoring and control
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities to coordinate project stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft standard products and tools fordata analysis and modelling.
- Excellent presentation & report writing skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments
- Ability to adapt to changing processes
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
