There's an exciting opportunity for an exceptional communicator to join a private landlord where your energy and people-person nature will keep the office floor functioning.

Our client continues to reach high standards and incorporates a work, live, play concept in their business model with a mixed-use scheme that they develop, manage and own. Part of their significant portfolio include co-working office space in the precinct, over several floors or high end commercial buildings.

Each floor is hosted by a receptionist who ensures that the members enjoy a professional environment where they can both work and invite guests to meetings. The nature of this front-line role sees you dealing with queries concerning the membership packages available, arranging add-ons for special needs and on-boarding all new clients. You will anticipate all their needs by liaising with suppliers (refreshments, cleaning etc), distributing documentation, greeting visitors on arrival, answering phone calls, managing all office and equipment maintenance, providing IT-related information and any ad-hoc support which the members require.

This role is best suited to someone who is extremely personable, receptive and engaging with the ability to multitask. Professionalism both in communication and demeanour is crucial in this role as you will be representing clients and the company daily. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Gallagher would be advantageous.
