Our client provides a wide range of products and services to the steel industry in South Africa from their modern and comprehensive steel service centres and specialty steel divisions.

The incumbent will be responsible to provide support to sales and administration management.

**Position details**:
Type: Permanent

Reports to: Sales and Administration Manager

Primary purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to provide support to sales and administration management.

Key performance areas (duties & responsibilities):
Provide administrative support to the Sales And Administration Manager

Collect and analyze data

Compile comprehensive reports from data analysis weekly

Accurate record keeping and filing

Adhere to departmental policies and procedures

Ensure compliance to SHEQ policies, procedures and standards

Arrange and participate in departmental meetings and project team activities

Assist with general office administration and other ad hoc tasks when so required.

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Academic qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12 qualification

SAP experience

Tertiary qualifications will be advantageous

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production planning environment is essential.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Must have sound working knowledge of MS Word and Excel - must be able to manipulate and analyse data.

Good administrative and analytical capabilities.

Must have good numerical aptitude.

Excellent English communication and written skills are essential.

Must have strong accuracy abilities with attention to detail.

Able to work independently to meet deadlines, and able to work under pressure.

Well organised, strong organisational and time management skills
