We are looking for a traffic manager/project manager that can orchestrate multiple projects, align resources, manage risks, and maintain effective communication to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.

**Project planning**:
Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.

**Team management**:
Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, animators and other stakeholders.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring clarity of goals and objectives.

**Resource allocation**:
Identify and allocate appropriate resources, such as personnel, equipment, and software, to support project execution.
Monitor resource utilisation and make adjustments as necessary to optimise productivity and meet project requirements.
Coordinate with other departments or teams within the agency to secure additional resources when needed.

**Budget management**:
Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
Monitor project expenditures and identify areas for cost optimisation or risk mitigation.
Regularly communicate budget status and financial reports to stakeholders, such as clients and agency leadership.

**Risk assessment and mitigation**:
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or budget.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise project disruptions.
Regularly assess and monitor project risks, implementing proactive measures to address them effectively.

**Communication and stakeholder management**:
Ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, issues, and milestones to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and address any concerns or changes in project scope.

**Quality assurance**:
Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and agency standards.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions and feedback loops to continuously enhance project outcomes.

**Project documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
Ensure proper archiving of project files, assets, and communications for future reference or auditing purposes.

**Continuous improvement**:
Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to project management and advertising.
