**Creditors and Procurement Clerk**

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional Excel skills and have a knack for managing creditors and procurement processes? We are seeking a dynamic Creditors and Procurement Clerk to join our team.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Managing the creditors' ledger efficiently and accurately.

2. Handling procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing reports.

4. Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment or procurement-related queries.

5. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.

**Requirements**:
1. Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. Any certificates to prove such shall be advantageous.

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

4. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.

5. Own transport is essential.

R10,000.00 to R15,000.00 per month (salary range depending on skill level and experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
