**Creditors Clerk - Roodepoort - Lenasia**

Reporting to: Finance Manager

**Job Summary / Purpose**:
Creditors Clerk Responsibilities. Include:
Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

**Primary duties**
- Requesting statement from suppliers
- Checking if all invoices are captured on the system
- Requesting invoices from suppliers
- Printing invoices and handing to relevant department
- Sending remittances to all suppliers
- Sending POP’s to relevant people
- Preparing weekly recons
- Preparing monthly recons
- Filling of invoices to supplier files
- Handling supplier queries
- Competencies
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Problem analysis

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma Work Experience
- 2-3 years
