Finance and Admin Assistant

We are looking to employ a self-motivated, problem-solving, friendly Finance and admin Assistant who is willing to learn and exceed their day-to-day duties.

**Duties include but are not limited to the following**:

- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Ensure that transactions are processed daily in the system and that they are

accurate and complete.
- Reconciliations of invoices
- Invoicing of clients
- Ensuring invoices and statements are correct
- Ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded daily and weekly
- Allocating of invoices to different branches
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Conduct the office administration
- Ensure the compliance of administration, finance and policies and procedures
- Front desk, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management
- Maintaining the filing system and keep it organised
- Other adhoc duties as and when required

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience within the Finance sector
- Own transport - Essential
- Financial background would be advantageous
- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
