We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consulting Project Manager to manage our growing professional services fundraising project portfolio.

As a Consulting Services Project Manager, you will lead and oversee consulting projects specifically tailored to address the unique needs and challenges of nonprofit clients in North America. You will work closely with nonprofit organizations to drive successful project outcomes, helping them achieve their mission.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning**:Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their goals, objectives, and project requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

**2. Resource Management**:Allocate and manage consulting resources effectively

**3. Project Execution**: Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgetary guidelines, and quality standards. Coordinate and lead project team meetings, track progress, and provide guidance to consultants working on the project.

**4. Communication and Reporting**: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure transparency in project communication.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field. Project Management Certification.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a consulting or nonprofit environment, with specific experience working with nonprofit organizations.

3. Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, including its unique challenges, funding landscape, and regulatory environment.

4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including nonprofit leaders, volunteers, and funders.

6. Demonstrated commitment to social impact and a passion for working with nonprofit organizations.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.

8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving nonprofit environment.

10. Knowledge of fundraising and grant management principles is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
