This role is within Product Solutions Cluster: In Home Loans in the Collections and Deceased & Insolvent Estates area. The role covers all Retail Products where Deceased Customers have credits due to them.
**Job Description**:
An exciting role that focuses on planning, managing, monitoring and driving operational excellence in employing solid operational strategy to manage, direct and oversee all deceased portfolios holding credit balances and accountable for the centralised payment system, ensuring robust controls remain effective to combat internal and external fraud. Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance with applicable legislation. Manage the risk, compliance assurance and monitoring impacting the Department. Remain customer service driven while engaging with Deceased Estate Executors, relevant industry bodies and all other internal and external stakeholders. Assist in developing working structures and best practice guides for use within business.
