**- **High school diploma or equivalent**

**- **Previous experience in a similar role is preferred**

**- **Basic knowledge of ship repair and maintenance techniques**

**- **Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various tools and equipment**

**- **Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces**

**- **Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment**

**- **Good communication and teamwork skills**

**- **Valid driver's license and reliable transportation**

**- **Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check**
