**- **Perform routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner**

**- **Respond to urgent repair requests and troubleshoot any problems that may arise**

**- **Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks**

**- **Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed**

**- **Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others**

**- **Assist in training new team members as needed**

**_ Qualifications:_**

**- **High school diploma or equivalent**

**- **Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in the hospitality industry**

**- **Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools**

**- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**

**- **Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail**

**- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**- **Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**

**- **Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects**
