**Job Description**:

- As the HRD Trainer Processing, you will have the opportunity to execute training and assessment in an unconstrained and constrained area. You will also ensure maintenance of applicable MQA accreditation criteria in a designated area to ensure compliance.

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Execute skills development for competency
- Compliance to training and assessment with approved methodology and learning material
- Training resources in compliance with best practice
- Execute and deliver processing, generic, site-specific induction, equipment operating skills, ancillary and skills training
- Progressive reports on predetermined targets for skills development

**This role is in the Human Resource Department and is at a C3 level reporting to the HRD Officer.**

**Qualifications
- You will need the following**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- NQF 4 OD ETDP Certificate
- Assessor Certificate
- Process Supervisor Development Programme Certificate (advantageous)

**Experience**:

- 3 years production experience

**Additional Requirements**:

- Fitness certificate
- Computer literate
- Drivers’ licence
- English literacy
