Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated managers and teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the office, including travel arrangements, organization of staff functions. To remain professional in dealings with customers and employees. To accurately and timeously file all credit notes, POD’s, invoices and related documentation.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literacy

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2-6 Years’ experience in a high volume, filing environment.
- 2-6 Years’ office administration (Creditors & Debtors experience advantageous)

**Key Outputs**:

- Filing documents.
- Checking POD requirements.
- Preparing documents for scanning purposes.
- POD/Credit note register.
- POD requests.
- Debtors clerk relief.
- Travel arrangements.
- Staff functions arrangements.
- Adhoc functions.
- Pressurized environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- 6-day position.
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
- Overtime expected from time to time.
