**DEBTORS FUNCTION**
- Engage with debtors in a professional manner and follow up on all debtors enquiries received
- Resolve daily debtors queries and ensure efficient query resolution
- Ensure all relevant invoicing is done timeously to prevent any delays
- Ensure accurate and on time debtors reconciliations
- Maintain all debtors files and supporting documentation
- Ensure professional and on time preparation and distribution of debtors statements
- Ensure recovery of all outstanding debts, including handed over debts, liaise with the attorneys where necessary and ensure constant follow up
- Communicate with management and ensure that policies and procedures complied with compile daily / weekly / monthly reports to management on outstanding debtors
- Ensure that all debtors collections are in line with the credit terms
- Ensure that old months paperwork is batched so that you have files for the new month’s paperwork

**CREDITORS FUNCTION**
- Check all cash ups and cashier banking that they balance and that all supporting documentation is submitted as well as report any overs and shorts with reasons to the creditors team
- Ensure that all Cashups and supporting documentation is uploaded onto the share drive daily and timeously as will be communicated during your training
- Keep a record of all documents transferred
- Deal with all creditor queries and interact with suppliers to ensure that creditor recons are clean
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices and the timeous authorization of invoices by management
- Ensure communication with management and that policies and procedures, as communicated by management, are adhered to

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ bookkeeping / accounting related experience
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in debtors collection
- Excellent reconciliation skills for debtors & creditors accounts
- Working experience with a Hospitality POS and PMS
- Apex and Pilot an advantage
