**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience as a FOH/Anchor within a 5 STAR environment (Essential)
- Hospitality related education (Beneficial)
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Office and admin abilities
- Excellent understanding of all departments in a high end lodge
- Experience with reservations and reservation systems
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills.
- Organised and Detail oriented
- Flexible and willing to help and learn in all areas of the business
- Responsible, with sober habits
- Professional and well groomed

**Key Performance Areas & Main Duties**:

- Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
- Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Be a team player with staff, able to motivate and strengthen the team from within
- Be on point for check in and check outs
- Make sure it goes smoothly.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined work ethics
- Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
- Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
- Enthusiastic and friendly

**Package on offer**
- Single Accommodation (no dependents)
- Meals and Uniform provided
- 6 weeks on/2 weeks off cycle
