**Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Gardens Coordinator for a 5* Hotel in Franschhoek.**

Are you passionate about horticulture and skilled in managing beautiful outdoor spaces? Join our distinguished luxury hotel in Franschhoek as a Gardens Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our stunning gardens.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance and development of the hotel’s gardens, ensuring they meet the highest standards of beauty and health.
- Plan and implement seasonal planting schemes, garden renovations, and landscape design projects.
- Manage a team of gardeners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective garden operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the gardens complement the overall guest experience and hotel aesthetics.
- Monitor plant health, pests, and irrigation systems, and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain garden tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
- Proven experience in garden management, with a strong understanding of plant care, garden design, and landscape maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
