A Brick Manufacturer with production facilities in Vanderbijlpark, Meyerton and Henley on Klip (Midvaal), have a position in Vanderbijlpark for a Production Supervisor.

You should have either formal training or solid experience in most of the following areas:

- Welding / Fitting / Electric motors / Gearboxes / Hydraulics / Electrical fault finding / Experience in a production environment: optimization, quality control etc. / Managing of subordinates

You will manage a production team of 16 personnel consisting of machine operators, forklift drivers and general workers. You will be responsible to achieve production targets and also for maintenance of all equipment in the plant consisting of a block press machine, mixer, stacker and de-stackers, boom-scraper, conveyer belts, compressors and hydraulic power packs. You will be assisted by maintenance support personnel (i.e. millwright, welder).

Renumeration is above average and production bonuses are also paid on a monthly basis. Compensation may include Pension and Medical-aid benefits.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
