**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment.
- The ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section in the kitchen
- Skilled to bake a variety of goods such as pastries, bread, muffins, dessert and cakes.
- Able to develop, design and create new ideas.
- Skilled in managing stock, maintaining equipment, supervising staff and maintaining a clean and organized section.
- A positive attitude and guest centric approach
- Efficient time management to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Stable employment history and contactable references.

**Start** - ASAP

**Salary** - 16K, live in with meals on duty. Provident & Medical aid contributions
