**VACANCY: SITE AGENT**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To ensure management of the site, specifications, and requirements.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
1. Effective financial management.

2. Contract & sub-contract management..

3. Management of safety & environmental standards.

4. Effective planning & project management.

5. Effective management of quality.

6. Effective administration.

7. Effective management of client relationships.

8. Management of Plant, Equipment & Vehicles.

9. Effective people management & team leadership.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- BSc or BTech Civil Engineering or Construction studies, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related plus 8 - 10 years’ construction experience, with 5 years as a Site Engineer on major construction sites.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience within Construction or Civil Engineering environment with registration with appropriate professional body.
- Diploma.
- Undergraduate

**REMUNERATION**:
Market related based on experience.
