We are currently seeking a highly experienced Digital Pattern Maker and Grader to join our team.

**Job Description**:
As a Digital Pattern Maker and Grader, you will play a vital role in translating our design concepts into precise and accurate digital patterns for our clothing lines. You will be responsible for creating digital patterns using industry-leading software, performing grading to ensure accurate sizing, and generating clothing markers to optimize fabric utilization during production. Must be able to use or can self train in Richpeace.

**Responsibilities**:
Digital Pattern Creation: Utilize advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software to create digital patterns based on design specifications. We use richpeace and coral draw.

Interpret and analyze design sketches, technical drawings, and other relevant information to develop accurate patterns.

Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure pattern designs align with product requirements and manufacturing capabilities.

Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns to achieve optimal fit and comfort.

Grading:
Perform grading tasks in richpeace to ensure accurate sizing across various garment styles.

Collaborate with the design and product development teams to understand sizing requirements and provide expert guidance on grading matters.

Clothing Marking:
Generate clothing markers to optimize fabric utilization during production.

Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to address marker-related issues and optimize production processes.

Quality Control:
Conduct thorough reviews of digital patterns, graded patterns, and clothing markers to ensure accuracy and quality.

Identify and rectify pattern or grading errors, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with the production team to address any pattern-related issues during the manufacturing process.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Strong expertise in creating digital patterns using CAD software (e.g., Richpeace, Gerber, Lectra, or similar).

Proven experience in grading patterns for a wide range of sizes and garment types.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in using digital pattern-making software and other relevant design tools.

Sound knowledge of grading techniques and principles, with an ability to achieve accurate and consistent results.

Familiarity with clothing marking processes and the ability to optimize fabric utilization.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in pattern creation, grading, and marker generation.

Ability to identify and resolve pattern-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Collaboration and Communication:
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Time Management:
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
